You must have a Blogger account to create new Blogger blog.

If you have one, just log in to Blogger Home and click New Blog button.

In Create a new blog pop window, just input your blog name (blog title) into Title field, your desired domain main into Address field (you must input the domain name until the field show "pass sign")

In Template field, choose a template that you like, and don't worry about this when we can change it at any time we want. Finally, click Create blog! button to finished.
